Yes, men's harassment seems strange, but only because it proves men's weakness in our modern world, but because men have far less complex psychological structure of personality in comparison with women. In general men are less exacting to themselves. They mostly live here and now and prefer not to think about the future. There are different types of harassment, but here we will consider only one its aspect — harassment at work.

When a man is proposed by his woman-boss to have an affair with her, he usually doesn't think of all possible consequences. He is likely to think that if a woman wants man's care, then there can be no obstacles for giving it to her. If a man is married, he is likely to invent a suitable excuse for himself and will regard this situation as a work necessity. In general it is much easier for a man to come to terms with his conscience. In most cases men are more unscrupulous, unprincipled and usually prefer to be driven in such situations. Moreover, men like flattery, and the fact that they are chosen by their boss among all other colleagues belonging to the male sex flatters their self-esteem and pride. As you see men are less self-confident and less self-sufficient and they need constant confirmation of their brilliance, greatness and uniqueness. If nobody admires them for even a short period of time they feel depressed. Quite another case is when a man is noticed by his woman-boss. This fact raises male self-esteem greatly.
